  • What are the steps of the booking process? 

  • Search on our page the properties by location and size.
  • Select the desired dates of check in and check out to get a quote.
  • Check that the property page that it has the desired amenities and location.
  • Send us a request for a quotation, we will answer you within 24 hours sending you an invoice.
  • Pay 100% of the booking value to confirm the reservation by paying by wire transfer or credit card.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation email when the payment will be proceed. We will ask you arrival informations to send you all the details to meet with us and to get the keys.


  • How can I know the availability of the property?  


  • Where is the apartment actually located?


  • What does the apartment offer?


  • How can I certify that the apartment is exactly as the photos?


  • Does the apartment have Internet/Wi-Fi?


  • And if I have any problem with the apartment, will My home in Tahiti help me out?

  • The availability can be seen in each property webpage. The white dates are available and the grey ones are unavailable
  • We only provide the exact address once the reservation is completed due to the privacy of our properties owners. We highly suggest you to take advantage of the tool maps and zoom in, the green arrow will have the location there.
  • All the apartment amenities are listed under amenities. If a specific amenity is not mentioned at the property page please
  • All My home in Tahiti properties were visited recently and have pictures with no Photoshop.
  • Although we do know that Internet is no longer a privilege and yes a necessity, but not all apartments offer them. Once again you will have this information under amenities.
  • At the bottom of the page we list all the numbers where we can assist you 24/7

Payment and deposit :

  • Do you charge a secutity deposit?


  • I live abroad and would like to book one of your apartments; can I send you a wire transfer?


  • Can I negotiate the booking price?


  • Is the electricity included in the final price?

  • We don’t charge a security deposit anymore at the check in. We will charge it if we constat any problem or damage at the propertyat the check-out or in the next 2 weeks after your departure.

  • We do accept wire transfers as credit cards payment. You can also make an online booking.

  • We do not negotiate the booking prices. To see discounts, please access our specials page. Bookings that have more than 15 days or 1 month are automatically with the special price calculated in every property webpage.

  • Yes, electricity is included in the price but, regarding our general term conditions, you will be charged in case of extra consumption, to prevent abuse.
Check-in & check-out:

  • What is the check in and check out time?


  • How do I collect the keys and where do I meet you?


  • Do you have a transfer service?

  • Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-ins or late check-outs will be charged 30€. We will organize with you a meeting, directly at the airport or in a place easy to find. You will follow our agent to the property. She will show you every details of the place to make you as comfortable as possible.


  • On the check out date our agent will be at the property on the scheduled time and will check the apartment with you.


  • No but we can organize it for you. You will have to take a taxi or rent a car (recommended).

At the property:

  • Do I have to take towels and sheets?


  • Will it be a safe on the apartment?


  • Can I smoke in the apartment?
  • No, you don’t have to ; we provide one linen set by bed, and one towel set per person.
  • Typically no, but some properties may have them. Please check the property amenities page.
  • For the respect of the property, we ask you to do not smoke inside the property.
